Multi-Functional NTP/PTP Network Time Server

The AR76 is a versatile NTP/PTP GPS Disciplined Time Server, designed to integrate multiple features into a single unit. It includes an onboard Rubidium Atomic Clock, an internal 12-channel C/A code GPS receiver, and the capability to accept an input from an external 1PPS or frequency source.

This unit offers a range of options, including various frequency selections and several Time Code outputs such as IRIG, Have Quick, and NMEA. The Rubidium Frequency Standard serves as a local oscillator, phase-locked to GPS or external inputs. All outputs are derived from the Rubidium Clock, ensuring accurate time and frequency even when GPS or other input sources are lost or interrupted.

The AR76 is equipped with up to three physical LAN interfaces supporting UDP/SNMP for management and NTP (Network Time Protocol). These LAN boards can be configured for three separate networks (with unique IP addresses) or two networks with the third board serving as a redundant backup. Additionally, Precision Time Protocol (PTP) is optionally available on one of the LAN boards. The unit offers multiple outputs, including 10 coaxial outputs—two fixed (10 MHz and 1PPS) and eight configurable outputs that can be selected from 1PPS, 10 MHz, and more.

Additional outputs are available through the D-Type connector, including differential RS422 outputs and Time Of Day (TOD) outputs in various standard protocols such as NMEA, IRIG B, and others. The unit is housed in a standard 19” x 1U rack-mountable enclosure.

The AR76 can also be equipped with proprietary Anti-Jamming and Anti-Spoofing technology, providing enhanced protection in GPS-denied environments. For more information, please contact us directly.
